While Black Friday 2013 isn’t until November 29th, there’s been deals going on like crazy around the internet, including some websites putting big name tech gadgets on sale. The day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, is usually the most intense shopping day of the year. One of the reasons is that retailers usually roll out there best deals of the year on this day, but now they’re doing so even earlier than before. Due to some stores deciding to open up for sales on Thanksgiving Day this year, there are plenty of opportunities to save on your early holiday shopping by picking up deals online.  Here we’ll take a look at three of the biggest for online sales with Amazon.com Deals Week, as well as Walmart’s online sale, and the Best Buy online sale for 2013.

The Amazon.com Black Friday Deals Week is one of the best places to shop for deals and sales as you can let your fingers do the shopping without having to leave the comfort of your chair. They roll out deals throughout the week including on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday, as well as Cyber Monday 2013. The only catch is that many of the deals are released unexpectedly on a first come, first serve basis. So, as soon as you see one of their Lightning Deals, and it interests you, put it in your cart first and make your buying decision later. He who hesitates is certainly lost otherwise.

You can best keep up to date with Amazon’s deals by subscribing to their email list, Facebook or Twitter feeds. New deals will be sent out every 10 minutes throughout the week. At the time of writing this, one can save on a variety of tech devices. A Samsung UN32EH5300 32 inch Smart LED TV can be purchased for $271.60 ($499.99 list price). Walmart’s Online Deals for Black Friday

Like Amazon, Walmart has some early Black Friday deals available online right now.  Since the beginning of the month they’ve been rolling out deals on their website as part of a pre-Black Friday sales event.  Among the items on sale have been various tablets including the Nextbook, RCA tablet, iPads, iPod music players with accessories, various toys and video games.

However, as they have real stores they want to attract people to, you will have to go to their stores to get any of the advertised “Doorbuster” deals. These will also start early on Thanksgiving day, at 6 PM.  One of the major deals advertised on the front of the sales flyer attracting attention is a $299 iPad Mini which comes with a $100 gift card for Walmart.

If you want a new TV to watch the NFL playoffs on, Walmart is offering a Samsung PN51F4500 51″ Plasma HDTV for only $427.00 (normally lists for $849.99). If you are looking for a new iPad, they have a sale on a 16 GB model with retina display for only $399.00 (list price $449.00). Best Buy Black Friday Online Deals

The Best Buy website is also offering a combination of online and in store deals. If you are looking to usher in the new year with a computer, they have a MacBook Pro 13.3″ on sale for just under $1000 ($999.99 versus $1,199.99 list price). Or perhaps you would like to stream online media to your TV. They are offering a limited number of Google Chromecast HDMI Streaming Media Players for the low price of only $35 with a Google Play movie credit included. Not to be outdone by Walmart, they are also offering some amazing deals on HDTVs. You can buy a Samsung 55″ 1080p HDTV for only $699.99 (regular price $799.99)

Best Buy has also been offering daily online deals leading up to Thanksgiving and Black Friday.  They’ve recently featured a deal on BioShock Infinite for PS3 or Xbox 360, on the Nabi 2 tablet for kids, the Beats by Dre headphones and select smartphones, as well as several other items as “deals of the day” on their site.

If you were to ask us what the hottest gift items are for the 2013 holiday shopping season, there seems to be quite a few when it comes to the technology arena (which includes video games for us).  The items on many lists seem to be the Kindle Fire HD or iPad tablets (either the new iPad Air, iPad Mini with Retina Display or older models), the Sony PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and even the older consoles as they will be available in bundle deals at discounted prices.  All of the websites above have advertised sales on the older consoles, the Xbox 360 and PS3, as well as games.

In addition, Smart TVs or HDTVs in various sizes continue to be extremely popular.  Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart are all competing to see who can win the battle to attract the most shoppers to their TV deals.  Keep in mind some of the stores will price match if you happen to find a deal online for a lower price than you see in the store!
